After delivering strong financial results in 2025, the Board of Directors of Bank of Maldives has proposed a total dividend of MVR 60 per share.

The overall dividend distribution is projected to reach MVR 322,915,200. The final dividend per share, however, is subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

The Board has also proposed issuing two bonus shares for every existing share as part of the final dividend. Following the issuance of these bonus shares, the book value per share will stand at MVR 1,015.90, resulting in a total shareholder benefit of MVR 2,091.80 per share.

This bonus share issuance is intended to strengthen the Bank’s market capitalization, enhance shareholder value, and support the continued growth and development of the Maldivian capital market.

The proposed final dividend will be paid to shareholders recorded in the Shareholders’ Register as of the Book Closure Date.
