BML Raajje Junior Netball Championship kicks off

The BML Raajje Junior Netball Championship, organized by the Netball Association of Maldives, was officially kicked off on Wednesday.

The opening ceremony, held at the indoor hall of the Social Centre, was attended by First Lady Sajidha Mohamed as the chief guest. The ceremony was also attended by Bank of Maldives (BML)'s CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef.

The tournament, which will run through June 27^th with the participation of 15 schools, provides an important platform for nurturing and developing young netball talent across the Maldives.

It is being held in two age categories: Under 15 and Under 17.

Bank of Maldives continues to work closely with national sports associations in supporting and promoting a range of sporting initiatives aimed at youth participation and development.
