Bank of Maldives' mobile banking application displayed on a phone: BML has enhanced service applications on mobile app and internet banking.
Bank of Maldives (BML) has begun rolling out updates to Aaya on its Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking platform, aimed at making it easier for customers to submit banking requests.
As part of the update, customers will no longer be able to send banking requests through the messaging feature available within the Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking.
Under the new system, Aaya will provide prompt assistance by addressing customer enquiries and processing banking requests more efficiently, enabling faster support and a more streamlined service experience. Customers will also continue to have the option of connecting with a Bank staff member through Aaya, ensuring personalized assistance whenever required.
The update forms part of BML's ongoing efforts to enhance its digital banking services and provide customers with a seamless banking experience.
