President and First Lady return from unofficial visit to Singapore

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and First Lady Sajidha Mohamed have returned to Male' after concluding their unofficial visit to Singapore, the President’s Office said on Tuesday.

The couple departed for Singapore on Saturday night and returned to Male' on Tuesday evening, according to the President’s Office. No further details of the visit were disclosed.

This marks the President’s seventh visit to Singapore since taking office, and his sixth unofficial visit.

President Muizzu last travelled to Singapore on an unofficial visit on May 24 last year, returning to Maldives on May 30 after completing a six-day trip.

It is noteworthy that Singapore is the country the President has visited most frequently since assuming office.
