Dhiraagu has opened applications for the 2027 intake of its Dhiraagu Apprenticeship Programme, the company’s flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative and the first corporate apprenticeship programme of its kind.
The programme aims to develop young people through structured educational training, strengthen their professional skills and familiarise them with the corporate working environment. Participants will have the opportunity to earn while they learn, gaining practical work experience and training across various departments at Dhiraagu, including Analytics and Business Intelligence, Brand and Marketing Communications, Cloud and IT Services, Corporate Services, Cybersecurity, Financial Accounting, Human Resources, Revenue Assurance and Business Control, Sales, and Stores and Procurement.
The programme is open to applicants at Dhiraagu’s Head Office in Malé, as well as its operational centres in Kulhudhuffushi City, Eydhafushi in Baa Atoll and Laamu Atoll. Maldivians aged between 18 and 30 who have completed their A’ Levels and are not currently employed full-time are eligible to apply.
All apprentices enrolled in the programme will receive training from in-house specialists across various departments. The training will focus on developing soft skills and essential knowledge in areas such as time management, personal management, project planning and presentation skills.
Interested applicants can find further information and submit their applications through the following link before November 30, 2026.
Dhiraagu has conducted its apprenticeship programme annually since 2009. Since its launch, 312 apprentices have participated in the programme and gone on to establish successful careers at Dhiraagu and other organisations across the Maldives.
Through the initiative, Dhiraagu continues to support youth development and nurture future leaders by providing opportunities to build professional skills through practical, on-site training under the guidance of its qualified management team, enabling young people to ‘take on tomorrow’.
