The Ministry of Housing has formally extended the submission deadline for the Public-Private Partnership project aimed at developing 1,000 affordable housing units in Hulhumale' Phase III. Interested developers now have until March 31 at 1:00 PM to submit their proposals. This extension follows an official amendment to the initial Request for Proposal issued in late February. The project mandates specific unit sizes, ensuring two-bedroom apartments span at least 700 square feet and three-bedroom units exceed 950 square feet. This initiative aligns with the government's broader commitment to addressing the housing crisis within the greater Male' region.
